By registering for HackTheNorth.ph’s TCON8 you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Participation

Your registration is not complete and your slot will not be reserved until your payment is successfully processed. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your participation.

Participation in the event is subject to space availability. HackTheNorth.ph reserves the right to deny registration if the event reaches full capacity.

By registering and completing your payment, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is based on the pass type you choose during the registration process. The available passes and their corresponding fees will be displayed on the registration page. Please review the pass options carefully before completing your registration.

Event Changes and Cancellations

HackTheNorth.ph reserves the right to change the date, location, or format of the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you are unable to attend the event after registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund policies will apply as outlined in the Refund Policy page.

Conduct and Behavior

Participants must maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the event. HackTheNorth.ph has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behavior.

Any participant engaging in disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Photographs and Videos

By registering for the event, you consent to the recording of photographs, videos, and other content during the event. These may be used for promotional purposes on HackTheNorth.ph’s website, social media, and other platforms.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event organizers in advance.

Liability

HackTheNorth.ph is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.

By attending the event, you agree to hold HackTheNorth.ph, its employees, and volunteers harmless from any liability related to the event.

Intellectual Property

All content presented during the event is the intellectual property of the respective speakers or organizations. You agree not to distribute or replicate any content without permission from the intellectual property holder.
