Refund Policy

We're excited to have you at TCON9, held on November 27–28, 2026. Before securing your seat in the hall, please review our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Partial Refund (50%)

Cancellations made on or before 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as logistics such as venue, accommodations, and catering will have already been finalized.

Ticket Transfer

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant up to 7 days before the event. To proceed, send us an email at tcon@hackthenorth.ph and include the new participant's full name and contact information.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

Event Cancellation — If TCON9 is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
Event Rescheduling — If the event is moved to a new date, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Please email us using the following subject format:

Subject: TCON9 - [Refund or Transfer] Request - [Your Full Name]
Example: TCON9 - Refund Request - Juan Dela Cruz

Requests with incorrect subject formatting may experience delays or may not be processed.

Include in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Ticket Reference / Proof of Payment
  • Reason for refund or name of replacement participant (for transfers)

Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
